What platform do you use? I use Wix for all my templates so that you can easily adapt your site to your brand with no code, no frustration and complete flexibility. I’ve found it to be the simplest platform for those looking to DIY your site. It comes with support and back ups built in, and no need for costly plug-ins. I’m new to Wix, can I still use these templates? Yes! Wix is an intuitive platform out of the box. But I also include a portal of video trainings to help you learn to use it if you need them.
Will I be able to customize colors and fonts to my brand? What can I change? Yep. You can customize anything on your site: Colors, fonts, the size of elements, how you link the pages together etc. In theory, you could change anything. But I also structured the site with strategy and conversion in mind, so I recommend you stick to the template if that’s not your area of expertise and instead customize the fonts, colors, photos and copy to your brand and message.
Can you customize my template for me? Sure! I’m happy to help with template customization. You can book a VIP day with me, provide me with your content and we can knock it out in a day.
What do I need to get started? You’ll just need to sign up for a free Wix account first. Then when you purchase the template, I will guide you through installing your new template on your account.
How much is it to use Wix? Wix is free without a domain connected. I recommend purchasing a custom domain for credibility’s sake. Hosting plans vary but you can often find plans for about $10-25 a month. These are competitive with many other platforms and avoid the cost of ongoing support often needed on Wordpress.
Is Wix really SEO friendly? Yes. In fact, a third party SEO site called Arefs found that Wix sites rank just as well or even better than Wordpress sites across the board. It comes with many SEO tools to help you optimize your site so that it shows up in searches.
What if I’m not in the health and wellness space? If you are a service provider who offers one-to-one services and possibly a digital product, these templates will still work great for you. Since they are so customizable, you just need to adapt them to your brand colors, fonts, photos and messaging.
What if I need help? My goal is that customizing your template is a seamless and fun process. I have included a portal of training materials. You will also get access to three free Q&A sessions with me if you purchase by October 4. Wix also has a great support team ready to help if you run into tech problems and there are an infinite number of resources online as well. Plus my door is open.
